Yesterday was quite remarkable. I had three meetings, one right after the other. I learned tons and got a chance to hang out with members of the faculty. Then it was back to my office to catch up on email. By 5 I was dealing with a critical level of fatigue. Real "crash and burn."
Now, there is no cure for what ails me. However, a bottle of water on the way home made a huge difference! It was remarkable! To what extent can being sure to get enough to drink hold off fatigue?
Which is why I am drinking lemon ginger tea on the way in this morning.
